Orders may be made over the telephone 7 days a week 8.30am to 8.00pm.
To buy an item on this site is very easy.
1/ Click the ADD TO BASKET button on the top right hand side.
2/ When you have finished shopping click the heading marked BASKET and click on checkout.
3/ Select the shipping method and the form will tell you the cost of each option.
4/ Click the SECURE CHECKOUT button and read and agree our terms.
5/ Fill out the form with your address details etc.
6/ Add any special information you wish to relay to us in the “your notice to us” box.
7/ Click on the payment method or card you wish to use.
8/ Once we get the order we will contact you if the item is NOT available. The payment will not be processed if this is the case.
9/ For security reasons we may call you to confirm your details please make sure you add a land line so that we may contact you.
If you prefer to pay via credit or debit card over the telephone we have now added this option.
You may pay by personal cheque made out to Neil Carpenter and must allow 14 days from it entering our account before the item will be sent out.
You may make a bank transfer and we will supply you with our account and sort code on request.
