Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge.

Condition of returns
It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition and sent back in original packing where ever possible. Any damage in transit will be at your risk so please pack very well.
Please contact us if you would like it collected via courier if inconvenient to post back. You would need to be in all day and on week days only.
