This telephone has been totally stripped down and rebuilt after each part has been cleaned and polished. The handset and base are both marked 1956 and as you can see it is in exceptional condition. It has no fading damage or repairs. It has a genuine GPO No12 with stainless steel finger wheel and alpha numerical dial face. I have fitted it with a best quality hand plaited braided handset cord, a GPO specification round plastic line in with a UK telephone plug socket, and electronic microphone and a small internal bell fitted in using a spacial made bracket to make sure no damage to the telephone is done and can be removed with no sign of it ever having been there. This is a very rare telephone to find in this condition and very sought after. This one is fully restored to work and will dial out and receive perfectly.
