This is a GPO 1/232 on a No 26 bell set. It has been totally stripped down and rebuilt after each part has been cleaned and polished. I have fitted an electronic microphone, a best quality reproduction hand plaited braided cord and a GPO specification round plastic line in with a UK plug socket. This telephone has been fully tested to both dial out and receive perfectly and is ready for the next 60 years. It has a genuine GPO No 10 with a rare perfect enamel faced alpha numeric chrome fronted dial and I will make a dial label with your information at no extra cost. This one is dated on the handset 1937.
