This is a very rare piece of history and I have only seen a couple. The ones I have seen are usually marked Australia if I recall correctly. I have no idea what telephone it was used on. As you can see it is restored in so much as it is has been cleaned and oiled and rotates and returns perfectly the contacts open and shut correctly. You may know have the telephone this goes with or you may be a collector of dials in which case this is a must have item.
